By placing your order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Pheasantry Brewery reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these Terms.

AGE RESTRICTION

In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. We will only sell to anyone who is 18 years of age or over, as the law requires. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are 18 or over. If you are making a purchase as a gift, then the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All prices and charges are shown in UK sterling. They include VAT payable but exclude delivery charges (for details see delivery below).

While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases, we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value.

We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice.

PAYMENT

Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards and is taken when we process your order.

Card payments are made through a secure server. Pheasantry Brewery does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.

DELIVERY

Normally deliveries will take between 3 and 5 working days. We only ship within the United Kingdom.

Local delivery is free of charge.

We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay.

Please contact us if you would like to add any specific delivery instructions e.g. leave with neighbour or secure location.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

Our couriers will try to deliver your beer twice and, if possible, will leave it safely or with a neighbour. If this has not been possible, it will be held at the depot for 2 days and then returned to us. In this case, we will cancel the order and refund you the cost of your purchase minus the cost of the delivery back to us.

It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING AN ORDER

Any order may be amended or cancelled providing the order has not been dispatched. In this instance, it is better to contact us by phone. You will receive a full refund providing the order has not been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, then any cancellation will be treated as a return following the details outlined below.

RETURNS

You have 14 days starting from the day the goods are received to return them to Pheasantry Brewery. Please email email@pheasantrybrewery.co.uk to let us know that you are returning the goods. All goods should be returned unopened in the original packaging. The return delivery charge will be at your expense. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected by us.

DAMAGED AND FAULTY GOODS

It is important to us that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, bottles may get damaged in transit. Please inspect your delivery for breakages and leakages, if it is apparent this has occurred, refuse delivery and we will ship a replacement as soon as possible. Please report this to us immediately on 01777872728.

If you find out your purchase is faulty after delivery please contact us at email@pheasantrybrewery.co.uk with details of the problem and from where and when the returns can be collected. We will arrange to replace or refund the product, whatever is your preference.

INCORRECT GOODS OR SHORTAGES

Please notify us of any incorrect goods supplied by phone or email and we will rectify as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages. Any shortages need to be noted on the consignment note and notified to us as soon as possible.

All content on this website, unless uploaded by users, is the property of The Pheasantry Brewery and relevant third-party suppliers. You may download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law. Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy Notice. These terms and conditions only cover the Pheasantry Brewery website. Any other websites to which you link from this site are governed by their terms and conditions.
